Delivery service and location

We offer a next working day delivery service for all items posted within mainland K excluding Scottish Highlands. Delivery to the islands of the UK and the Channel Islands will take between 2 - 3 days. At the moment, delivery service is restricted to the UK only. 

Delivery Cost

We offer free delivery on all orders to the UK over £65. For delivery lower than this threshold, the delivery cost is based on the weight of the items. Below is a breakdown of delivery cost.

• 0 - 2Kg - £3.49
• 2.1 - 5Kg - £4.99
• 5.1 - 10Kg - £5.99
• 10.1Kg - 15Kg - £6.99
• Every additional 5Kg - £3.99

Tracking

For most delivery services we use will have a tracking reference which you can use to track your delivery. You should be able to find the tracking reference in your Afrasiagrocery account.

Complaints (for example,  non-delivery, damaged goods or wrong goods delivered)

In the unlikely event that you encounter some problems with the delivery of your items, please use the "Contact Us" form to get in touch and we will endeavour to resolve it right away. If we are unable to get the item to you we will refund you in full.
